Information for Patients with Disabilities

If you have a disability and you require assistance, please ask at Reception where one of our receptionists will be pleased to help you.


There is good access to all of our consultation rooms. There are 4 disabled parking bays’ in front of the surgery entrance. The entrance is easily accessible to wheelchairs. We do however request that you do not bring mobility scooters into the building; please park them in the mobility scooter park.  A wheelchair is available if required.

Hearing loops

We have a hearing loop situated on the reception desk and in the doctors consulting rooms and the treatment rooms.

Access to our website

Our website is coded in line with current web standards to correctly work with screen readers.

Screen readers are internet browsers used by visually impaired users which read out the information presented in a website.

Disabled toilets

There are disabled toilets located on the first floor accessible by lift.
